Administrative Assistant – Customer Service
Multi-task administrative assistant and customer service position.
Responsibilities include answering incoming calls on multi-line phone system,
process customer orders, track purchase orders to ensure accuracy and timely
delivery of products, provide tracking information to customers, mailing
marketing materials. Potential for advancement to full time work schedule which
include sales related responsibilities. We offer a Monday-Friday, 9:00-2:00 work
schedule, industry training and casual dress atmosphere.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience
Desire to succeed and willingness to learn
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven organizational and time management skills
Basic understanding of computers and computer software
Desire to commit to long-term career beginning with an entry-level position
Requirements:
Attention to detail, organizational and time management skills and excellent
verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for candidates that have
experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks Pro, Outlook Express and
Internet Explorer. Professional work ethics are a must as our customers depend
on our high level of service.
