MMF Val-u Line medium duty cash drawers are a 24 volt printer driven cash drawer with painted face, electronic 3-position key lock and dual media slots.

Medium-duty cash drawers are typically lower priced and utilize less robust equipment than their higher end counterparts. While MMF's Val-u Line cash drawers are certainly lower priced, they are still durable enough to meet the demands of medium volume retail stores.

The MMF Val-u Line cash drawer offers affordable versatility and includes some performance features typically found only in heavy duty cash drawers. The MMF Val-u Line cash drawer utilizes plastic bill weights that are not as durable as the metal bill weights found on all of the heavy duty cash drawers. Replacement cash trays with the plastic bill weights are available, unfortunately MMF does not offer a replacement cash tray with metal bill weights for the Val-u Line cash drawers. For fast paced, higher volume business applications, we recommend the MMF Heritage cash drawers.

The MMF MediaPLUS cash drawer, with its compact 17-inch-wide footprint and 5-inch-height, provides more drawer space for rolled coins, customer checks and credit card receipts. Durable, high strength and high security ABS plastic drawer front features 3 large media slots, recessed lock and textured finish.

With more than 250 cubic inches of space, the MMF MediaPLUS cash drawer has a large media capacity and small footprint. With equal storage space for both media and coin/currency and extra-wide media slots, it is very easy to insert credit and debit card receipts, and customer checks to the storage area below the money tray.

The money tray, constructed of tough ABS plastic, has five fixed coin and five fixed currency compartments  with spring-loaded bill weights. Movable drawer partitions below the cash tray let you decide how the storage compartments are configured.

MMF MediaPLUS cash drawer is offered with all of the common printer driven cash drawer interface cables. The 16-inch-deep model offers a optional under-counter mount brackets. The 20-inch-deep model offers a optional peripheral platform for placing the receipt printer, monitor and POS keyboard.

One of 3 media slots on the MMF Advantage cash drawer feeds a 44 cubic inch capacity drop safe with a locking cover for added security. The drop safe is standard on every drawer with media slots and blends in with the inner drawer, effectively hiding it from view.
